Description

Design and facilitate live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools to support enterprise adoption. You will create learning materials, manage the AI Champions community, and serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding AI tools and responsible practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on tools like HearstGPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
• Create clear learning materials, including guides, job aids, and video content for varying levels of AI fluency.
• Support the Generative AI Champions community by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
• Address employee inquiries on AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI practices while ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to align training content with organizational policies and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or adult education.
• 1–2 years of experience managing enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude.
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong instructional design capabilities with excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage logistics and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
