Description

You will architect and deploy generative AI systems to transform financial operations, risk management, and customer service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions within the financial industry.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems to solve complex business problems.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of AI systems, adhering to strict development standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies for development and deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in AI development and deployment (finance preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vector Databases.
• Experience with AI frameworks, specifically LangChain.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision concepts.
• Experience managing large and complex datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Any Graduate degree.
