You will design and build efficient call flows using Genesys Architect, providing technical solutions for complex integrations and guiding clients through implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build efficient call flows using Genesys Architect.
• Lead complex integrations and provide technical solutions.
• Guide clients through Genesys implementation and optimization.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in relevant architecture roles.
• Proficiency with Genesys (7.x / 8.x).
• Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, C, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of XML, SCXML, and VXML.
• Familiarity with telephony protocols including SIP VOIP.
• Experience with middleware such as TIBCO or Rabbit MQ.
