You will design and lead the architecture of customer engagement solutions by integrating Genesys with Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities
Design and implement technical solutions that integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud, covering case management, omnichannel routing, and analytics.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders and product teams into scalable technical architectures.
Oversee the integration of APIs, middleware, and technical interfaces between Genesys, Salesforce, and backend systems.
Drive engagement strategy across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Conduct architecture reviews to ensure system availability and performance while providing technical mentorship to developers and implementation teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical architecture or systems integration.
Hands-on experience with Genesys.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to manage API and middleware integrations.
Experience documenting system designs and integration processes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
