Description

Design and lead the architecture of customer engagement solutions by integrating Genesys with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions integrating Genesys Cloud with Salesforce Service Cloud, covering case management, omnichannel routing, and analytics.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders and product teams into scalable technical architectures.
• Oversee the integration of APIs, middleware, and technical interfaces between Genesys, Salesforce, and backend systems.
• Drive engagement strategy across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure system availability and performance while providing technical mentorship to developers and implementation teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage API and middleware integrations.
• Experience documenting system designs and integration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
