Description

You will configure, enhance, and support Genesys Cloud CX implementations, ensuring workflows meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform Genesys Developer tasks to support configuration and enhancements within Genesys Cloud.
• Support and validate Genesys Cloud CX implementations to ensure workflows meet business requirements.
• Work with telephony solutions involving Genesys and Avaya, supporting integrations and troubleshooting.
• Analyze issues in Genesys Cloud environments and coordinate resolution to maintain service quality.
• Document configurations, changes, and operational learnings for maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX for contact center solution configuration and support.
• Proficiency in Genesys Developer activities including configuration, customization, and enhancements.
• Good understanding of telephony solutions involving Genesys and Avaya platforms.
• Experience in call flow design, IVR configuration, and customer interaction workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Genesys Cloud environments effectively.
• Familiarity with integration concepts for voice, routing, and contact center systems.
• Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer experience processes.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud and telephony solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to document configurations, workflows, and operational procedures clearly.
• Good collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
