Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud and AI systems to deliver advanced customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud and AI technologies.
• Develop custom applications and integrations to extend Genesys Cloud functionality.
• Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud routing and workforce management capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design and deploy machine learning models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Genesys Cloud and AI system issues.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Japanese and English.
• 3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud and AI system design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of Genesys Cloud functionality, including routing, workforce management, and reporting.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations and custom application development.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud certifications.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with natural language processing.
