Description

Design and implement scalable, secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including AI-powered Interactive Voice Assistants (IVA), while managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered IVA solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps workflows for Genesys Cloud.
• Build and integrate APIs and web services using RESTful standards, JSON, and OAuth.
• Automate infrastructure and processes using JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration.
• Deep understanding of Genesys Cloud platform capabilities and best practices.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth authentication protocols.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Any Graduate).
