Responsibilities

• Design and architect Genesys Cloud CX solutions based on business needs.
• Lead implementation and configuration by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Oversee integration between Genesys Cloud and other systems.
• Provide technical guidance for complex issues.
• Stay current with Genesys Cloud features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant architecture roles.
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud CX.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with technical troubleshooting and guidance.
