Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots on the Genesys CloudCX platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy chatbots using Genesys CloudCX to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Implement NLP capabilities for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into chatbot workflows.
• Optimize chatbot performance and functionality using user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot or virtual assistant development.
• Hands-on experience with the Genesys CloudCX platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and conversational interaction design.
• Experience integrating bots with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Any Graduate degree.
