Description

Develop and maintain solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX platform, owning the technical lifecycle of cloud contact center implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Genesys Cloud CX features to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX environment.
• Support the full technical lifecycle of cloud contact center solutions, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for CX workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in technical development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX configuration and development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
