Description

You will design, develop, and administer Genesys Cloud CX architectures and implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
• Manage Genesys Cloud CX administration, including contact center, telephony, routing, and outbound configurations.
• Configure permissions, people management, and AppFoundry installations.
• Build dashboards to monitor queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and routing issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX development and administration.
• Proficiency with Node.js, REST, and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys APIs.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud configuration for routing, telephony, and permissions.
• Ability to perform installation and configuration within AppFoundry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills regarding routing and configuration.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Genesys on-prem, Genesys components, and composer development.
• Exposure to Java/J2EE development and API/scripting integration.
• Genesys Cloud CX certification.
