Design and implement solutions within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem, focusing on IVR systems, call flows, and complex routing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IVR systems, call flows, and complex routing strategies.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud services using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Manage call routing configurations and reporting structures.
- Solve technical issues related to VoIP, SIP, and telecommunications technologies.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development or related roles.
- Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture and services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web service integration.
- Practical understanding of VoIP and SIP protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Any Graduate degree.
