Design and implement IVR systems, call flows, and complex routing strategies within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IVR systems, call flows, and complex routing strategies.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud services using RESTful APIs and web services.
• Manage call routing configurations and reporting structures.
• Solve technical issues related to VoIP, SIP, and telecommunications technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture and services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web service integration.
• Practical understanding of VoIP and SIP protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud Developer certification.
