Description

Lead the migration of legacy Genesys Engage Contact Center systems to Genesys Cloud CX, owning solution design, integration, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end migration from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud CX.
• Develop architectural flows and data table configurations using Genesys Cloud.
• Consolidate existing flows and configure new ones using Genesys Designer and Architect.
• Manage IVR and ACD routing, including development, deployment, and QA support.
• Coordinate weekend release planning and provide support during TCM windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in contact center development.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys Engage (On-Prem).
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Proficiency with Genesys Designer and Architect.
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying solutions in cloud environments.
• Ability to conduct requirement analysis and participate in architecture review discussions.
• Experience managing IVR and ACD routing configurations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Operations, and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex legacy system migrations.
