Description

You will design, implement, and maintain contact center solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex migrations within the Genesys Cloud environment.
• Configure and manage Genesys Cloud Architect workflows.
• Develop custom integrations and business logic using Java and JavaScript.
• Utilize Eclipse SDK and XML to support platform requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Proficiency with Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Eclipse SDK.
• Experience with XML, including SCXML and VXML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Genesys Engage.
