Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including configuration and flow implementation.
• Build and integrate REST API-based services and Genesys Cloud API interactions for customer and agent experiences.
• Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud Digital Engagement capabilities and related interaction flows.
• Troubleshoot complex customer interaction and routing scenarios, including authentication and integration issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital engagement experiences.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of experience developing and configuring solutions within Genesys Cloud CX.
• Architect experience with Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• REST API development and integration using JSON and authentication mechanisms.
• Genesys Cloud CX development and configuration experience for digital engagement capabilities.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with external systems using web services and integration patterns.

Good to Have:

• Python experience for integrations and automation related to Genesys Cloud CX.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience)
