Architect and develop Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including configuration, flow implementation, and REST API integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including customer and agent experience flows.
• Build and integrate REST API-based services and Genesys Cloud API interactions using JSON and authentication mechanisms.
• Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud Digital Engagement capabilities and related interaction flows.
• Troubleshoot complex customer interaction and routing scenarios, including authentication and integration issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital engagement experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions within Genesys Cloud CX.
• Proven experience architecting Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Strong proficiency in REST API development and integration.
• Experience with JSON and standard authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience integrating Genesys Cloud with external systems using web services.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Digital Engagement capabilities.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Python experience for integrations and automation related to Genesys Cloud CX.
