Description

You will design, develop, and test Genesys Cloud flows, integrations, and automation scripts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and test Genesys Cloud flows using data actions, data tables, and common modules.
• Implement and extend Genesys Cloud functionality via SDKs and APIs.
• Develop automation scripts for Genesys Cloud configurations using Python and JavaScript.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce CTI and third-party applications.
• Manage digital bots for chat and email and implement Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud development.
• Proficiency with JavaScript for Genesys Cloud configurations.
• Experience with Python for automation scripting.
• Proficiency with AWS Lex for natural language creation.
• Proven experience designing and testing Genesys Cloud flows.
• Ability to integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce CTI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions.
• Strong documentation skills for design, error handling, and testing.
