Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications and telecommunications systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Implement third-party integrations including AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Salesforce.
• Manage and develop speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Integrate telephony systems with external computer systems via web services and APIs.
• Maintain telecommunications networks, software, and related devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS Lambda (NodeJS or Python).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and XML protocols.
• Experience with VXML and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of IVR technology and telecommunications systems.
• Experience implementing Google CCAI.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with web services and cross-system communication protocols.
