Description

You will design, implement, and support Genesys Cloud solutions, focusing on migrating on-premises environments to the cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement migration strategies for Genesys Cloud from on-premises environments.
• Build IVR flows for inbound, email, and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot on-premises Genesys issues, specifically regarding SIP and network components.
• Manage messaging and integration workflows using RabbitMQ or Kafka.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Genesys systems.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys 8.x components including Framework, SIP, and GVP.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud (IaaS) architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience troubleshooting SIP and network-related issues.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Core Java or JavaScript development skills.
• SIP and Network Client expertise.
