Description

You will own the design, deployment, and maintenance of the Genesys Cloud platform to support business communication requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Genesys Cloud platform solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party systems including CRM, ERP, and databases.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain platform security and ensure data confidentiality.
• Create detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud design, deployment, and configuration.
• Technical expertise in cloud-based telephony and contact center solutions.
• Proven experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex platform issues.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with Nuance Cloud, Voice BIO, Carjito, Verint WFM, and Trust ID.
