Manage and implement cloud-based communication solutions within the Genesys ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud environments.
• Integrate cloud telephony with existing CRM platforms.
• Develop and manage API connections to ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between communication tools and business applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Proficiency in working with APIs.
• Experience integrating with CRM systems such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
• Degree in any graduate field.
