Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design clear, intuitive, customer-friendly IVR call flows and voice bot experiences in Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Develop IVR/IVA call flows, including secure flow logic and bot behavior for enterprise contact center use cases.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs with JSON and XML payloads.
• Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) by providing flow clarity, expected outcomes, and handling edge cases.
• Participate in post-production incident support, perform root-cause analysis, and drive fixes to resolution.

Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Genesys Cloud IVR/IVA development and API-based integrations.
• Genesys Cloud Architect for IVR/IVA development and Genesys Cloud CX implementation.
• IVR/IVA development with secure call flow and bot design.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and SOAP APIs, including JSON and XML payload handling.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to debug call flows, integrations, and production issues.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce integration experience.
• Intent model designing for intent recognition in conversational experiences.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
