Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Genesys solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect Genesys-based solutions including PureConnect, PureEngage, and PureCloud to meet complex business requirements.
• Design call routing strategies, IVR workflows, agent desktop applications, and voice treatments.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with CRM platforms, telephony systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop system architecture diagrams, configuration documents, and technical design specifications.
• Implement reporting and analytics solutions to monitor contact center KPIs and performance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing Genesys-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with Genesys platforms including PureEngage, PureConnect, or PureCloud.
• Strong command of contact center technologies such as ACD, CTI, and IVR.
• Proficiency with telephony protocols including SIP, H.323, and RTP.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and data requirements.
• Experience with Genesys Designer or Composer for configuration and customization.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys certifications such as Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Associate (GCA).
