Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots on the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Build chatbot workflows that meet business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Integrate chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Optimize chatbot performance and functionality using user feedback and analytics insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot or virtual assistant development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with Genesys CloudCX or similar chatbot development platforms.
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques and conversational interaction design.
• Experience integrating bots with backend APIs and databases.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Cloud Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Cloud Architecture.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems in a collaborative environment.
