Design Genesys Architecture specifically for Voice and Media.
Install and configure Email, Chat, and Voice Contact Center systems and call flows.
Troubleshoot Genesys frameworks and individual components.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a diverse team environment.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
Expert knowledge of Genesys Architecture for Voice and Media.
Expertise in Email, Chat, and Voice Contact Center installation and call flows.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Genesys frameworks and components.
Experience working in a global delivery environment.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education).
