You will design and implement Genesys architectures for voice and media environments, ensuring robust contact center operations.

Responsibilities

• Design Genesys architecture specifically for Voice and Media environments.
• Install and configure Email, Chat, and Voice contact center solutions, including complex call flows.
• Troubleshoot Genesys frameworks and individual components to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders within a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Expert knowledge in designing Genesys Architecture for Voice and Media.
• Expertise in Email, Chat, and Voice contact center installation and call flows.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Genesys frameworks and components.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Equivalent professional experience: three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience working within a global delivery model.
