Description

You will own Genesys workflow development, system configuration, and complex troubleshooting for contact center infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Genesys Composer SCXML workflows using ECMAScript, HTTP REST, and SCXML State.
• Configure and manage Genesys management layers, routing layers, GVP, and SIP/Media layers.
• Build and provision rules using the Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT).
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Genesys configuration, routing, SIP, media servers, and ICON/Info Mart.
• Handle inter-application communication between ORS and URS, including InvokeFunctionalModule methods like SCXMLSubmit and SCXMLQueueQuery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Genesys environments.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Composer SCXML workflow development.
• Proficiency in ECMAScript, HTTP REST, and SCXML State.
• Expertise in Genesys Rules System, GRDT, and GRAT.
• Deep knowledge of Genesys routing, GVP, and SIP/Media layers.
• Experience troubleshooting Genesys configuration and ICON/Info Mart.
• Understanding of PureEngage messaging between ORS and URS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex inter-application communication patterns in Genesys PureEngage.
