Description

You will develop and manage routing flows within Genesys environments, focusing on both voice and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Composer routing flows using block-level features.
• Configure and maintain routing in medium to complex voice and digital environments.
• Troubleshoot platform issues using Linux command-line tools.
• Debug routing components across Core and Voice layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Genesys Core and Voice components.
• Extensive experience with Composer routing and platform development.
• Mid-level experience working with CloudCX.
• Hands-on experience managing digital and voice routing environments.
• Proficiency in Linux for technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
