Description

You will design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
  • Integrate Softphone APIs with Genesys CX and utilize Genesys SDK for development tasks.
  • Administer, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX platforms, including contact center, telephony, routing, and outbound campaigns.
  • Develop and manage Node.JS applications utilizing REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
  • Create dashboards to monitor queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and routing issues within Genesys environments.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and Softphone.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Contact Center Routing experience.
  • Experience in On-premises Genesys environments.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Genesys on-premise components and composer development.
  • Experience in Java/J2EE and API development/scripting integration.
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification.
