You will design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Integrate Softphone APIs with Genesys CX and utilize Genesys SDK for development tasks.
- Administer, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX platforms, including contact center, telephony, routing, and outbound campaigns.
- Develop and manage Node.JS applications utilizing REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
- Create dashboards to monitor queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
- Troubleshoot configuration and routing issues within Genesys environments.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and Softphone.
- Experience with AWS.
- Contact Center Routing experience.
- Experience in On-premises Genesys environments.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Genesys on-premise components and composer development.
- Experience in Java/J2EE and API development/scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification.
