Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Genesys contact center solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify IVR call flows and voice routing strategies.
• Integrate Genesys with external systems and architectures.
• Troubleshoot system issues to ensure environment stability and scalability.
• Cross-functional collaboration on technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Genesys development and configuration.
• Proficiency with Genesys Framework, Composer, and GVP.
• Strong programming skills in Java or .NET.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and routing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Genesys certifications.
