Description

You will lead Genesys Routing Composer development and ORS implementation for on-premises contact center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and code new features using Genesys eServices and Routing Composer.
• Lead ORS implementation projects from start to finish.
• Conduct proof of concepts for new contact center capabilities.
• Support the team with operational activities and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Genesys Developer.
• Deep expertise in Genesys eServices, Routing, and Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Reporting, Call Recording, and WFM.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code for high-availability systems.
• Experience leading technology projects end-to-end.
