Genesys Developer

You will design and implement Genesys Cloud solutions focused on Agent Desktop, Voice, Digital, and Reporting integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design Genesys Cloud solutions specifically for Agent Desktop, Voice, and Digital channels.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications and APIs.
• Manage migrations from on-premise systems to Genesys Cloud.
• Research technical findings and present results to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience with Genesys Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations.
• Proven track record of on-premise to Genesys Cloud migrations.
• Experience integrating Voice, Digital, and Agent Desktop components.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Graduate degree in any field.
