Description

You will design and implement voice solutions within the Development engineering team, focusing on large-scale SIP deployments and Genesys platform integration. You will develop solutions in lab environments, conduct proof of concept testing, and support production cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop technical solutions for voice and SIP infrastructure.
• Perform proof of concept testing and validate architectural designs.
• Manage production cutover and provide warranty support for deployed systems.
• Participate in technical reviews with internal IS&T groups.
• Conduct expert-level SIP troubleshooting using Wireshark and VoIP analyzer tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in voice engineering roles.
• Extensive experience with Ribbon/Sonus SBC PSX and large enterprise SIP deployment.
• Expert knowledge of SIP, SIPREC, Voice/VoIP, and call routing.
• Intermediate experience with Genesys Core and Voice platforms.
• Intermediate proficiency in Transcoding and TLS/SRTP deployment.
• Intermediate experience with Ribbon SBC SIP Recording deployment.
• Intermediate experience with WebRTC technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Expert experience working with Cloud Technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Beginner Linux administration skills.
