Description

You will architect and build voice and digital bots within Genesys Cloud CX, handling integrations, authentication, and backend logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build voice and digital bots using Genesys Cloud CX visual tools.
• Implement bot logic using variables, loops, decision logic, and switch statements.
• Develop integrations to exchange information between Genesys and external systems.
• Configure secure access using OAuth and authentication protocols.
• Write scripts and code for specialized backend logic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys APIs (users, conversations, analytics).
• Proficiency with REST APIs for connecting to external services and databases.
• Experience managing secure access via OAuth and authentication.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and backend logic.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• JavaScript for building connectors and cloud-based logic.
• Python for AI projects and connecting bots to smart services (e.g., Google, Amazon AI).
• Experience working within AWS environments.
