Description

Design, implement, and maintain Genesys Engage solutions for contact center operations, leading solution delivery across all SDLC phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery across analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design Genesys Engage solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Recommend optimizations based on Genesys Engage updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in contact center domain development.
• Hands-on expertise with Genesys Pure Engage and Genesys Cloud.
• Proficiency in the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience managing medium to high complexity business capabilities and products.
• Proven ability to perform Level 2 and Level 3 technical troubleshooting.
• Strong background in root cause analysis (RCA).
