Description

You will implement and develop Genesys contact center solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components.
• Integrate Genesys with third-party applications and systems.
• Develop IVR scripts, routing strategies, and reporting frameworks.
• Execute major Genesys and NICE platform upgrades.
• Build integrations and extensions using Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and development tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys products including PureCloud, PureEngage, and PureConnect.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with call recording platforms such as NICE or Genesys IR.
• Strong knowledge of contact center network topology.
• Practical experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and security features.
• Ability to coordinate with technical partners, network providers, and product vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Siebel CRM application integration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and writing design documents.
