Description

You will develop and maintain solutions within the Genesys environment, focusing on routing, integrations, and platform support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain routing strategies, APIs, and integration components using Java.
• Develop web services and customize Genesys Workspace functionality using JavaScript.
• Write SQL queries and stored procedures to analyze configuration and reporting data from Oracle Databases.
• Provide administrative support for the Genesys platform and ensure operational stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys administration and IWD support.
• 3-5+ years working with Java for application programming and component maintenance.
• 3-5+ years experience utilizing JavaScript for web services and customizations.
• 3-5+ years proficiency with Oracle Databases, including SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience with APIs and Web Services integration.
• Knowledge of Administrative Operations within the Genesys context.
