Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications and telecommunications systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Implement third-party integrations including AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Salesforce CRM.
• Integrate telephony systems with external computer systems using web services and APIs.
• Support Genesys Engage and Service Management environments.
• Design and maintain cross-system communication protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR technology and telecommunications networks.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with AWS Lambda using Node.js or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google CCAI.
• Technical expertise in SOAP, REST, XML, VXML, and SQL.
• Experience integrating telephony with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of web services and API communication protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
