Design and develop IVR solutions and call flows using Genesys Engage On-Premises.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR solutions and call flows.
• Implement Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x configurations.
• Deploy call flows using Genesys Composer v8.1.561.29.
• Integrate complex solutions using Web Services, SOAP, and VXML.
• Identify root causes for complex technical problems and derive solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Genesys development.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Composer v8.1.561.29 installation and deployment.
• Proven track record with Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation.
• Knowledge of SIP infrastructure and the Genesys framework.
• Experience with Nuance Speech Recognition and Genesys Voice Portal.
• Proficiency in SOAP, VXML, and Voice Object implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle, MSSQL, and RDBMS concepts.

• Genesys Certifications.
