Description
You will design and implement Genesys outbound frameworks and CTI integrations within AWS environments.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage OCS versions 8.1.5xx.x.
- Develop composer components for Genesys Orchestration Server and GMG.
- Administer and manage outbound campaigns through GAX, including Predictive, push previous, and GVP execution.
- Build and maintain API integrations.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Genesys development and architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Genesys outbound framework and Genesys CTI with AWS.
- Experience with OCS configuration and options.
- Proficiency in SCXML programming for advanced treatments.
- Experience with VXML programming for GVP applications.
- Expertise in outbound skilling and treatments.
- Hands-on experience developing API integrations.
- Degree in any graduate field.
