Description

You will design and implement Genesys outbound frameworks and CTI integrations within AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage OCS versions 8.1.5xx.x.
• Develop composer components for Genesys Orchestration Server and GMG.
• Administer and manage outbound campaigns through GAX, including Predictive, push previous, and GVP execution.
• Build and maintain API integrations.
• Design Genesys outbound frameworks and CTI integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Genesys development and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Genesys outbound framework and Genesys CTI with AWS.
• Experience with OCS configuration and options.
• Proficiency in SCXML programming for advanced treatments.
• Experience with VXML programming for GVP applications.
• Expertise in outbound skilling and treatments.
• Hands-on experience developing API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
