Description

Develop and maintain enterprise-scale IVR applications within the Genesys ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build applications using Genesys Composer and the Genesys Platform.
• Develop and integrate web services and REST-based microservices.
• Implement NLP, NLU, and Conversational AI features.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments.
• Participate in agile and scrum development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Genesys Composer and Genesys Platform expertise.
• Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and JAVA/J2EE.
• REST-based microservices and web services integration.
• NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding).
• Machine Learning and Conversational AI implementation.
• CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
