Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications and telephony integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Implement third-party integrations including AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Salesforce CRM.
• Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems using web services and APIs.
• Design and support advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Manage cross-system communication protocols and telephony network software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR technology and telecommunications systems.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda using NodeJS or Python.
• Experience with Lex, Amelia, and Polly.
• Hands-on experience with Google CCAI.
• Technical knowledge of SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
• Strong understanding of web services and API communication protocols.
• Ability to program in an object-oriented language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
