Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications and telecommunications systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Implement third-party integrations including AWS Lambda, Lex, Amelia, Polly, and Salesforce.
• Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems using web services and APIs.
• Design and support complex IVR applications using object-oriented programming.
• Manage speech recognition system development and cross-system communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR technology and telecommunications networks.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda using NodeJS or Python.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and Google CCAI.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST protocols.
• Strong understanding of web services and object-oriented programming languages.
• Degree in any graduate field.
