Description
You will design, develop, and support the Genesys product stack for call center technologies.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy Genesys stack products.
- Review and estimate user stories for client engagements.
- Propose solutions and best practices to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support business operations through technical optimizations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Genesys Voice Platform.
- Proficiency in Java and XML.
- Experience with Voice XML and Avaya Producer.
- Hands-on work with Voice Response Units and Nuance Automatic Speech Recognition.
- Experience with Text to Speech technologies.
- Knowledge of backend Tomcat Webservices.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Usage of IBM Doors and MS Visio.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or a related field.
