Description

Design, develop, and support the Genesys product stack for call center technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy Genesys stack products.
• Review and estimate user stories for client engagements.
• Propose solutions and best practices to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support business operations through technical optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys Voice Platform.
• Proficiency in Java and XML.
• Experience with VoiceXML and Avaya Producer.
• Hands-on work with Voice Response Units (VRU) and Nuance Automatic Speech Recognition.
• Experience with Text-to-Speech technologies.
• Knowledge of backend Tomcat Webservices.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Usage of IBM DOORS and MS Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or a related field.
