Description

Design, build, and maintain IVR and Web Messaging solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop IVR workflows and Web Messaging integrations.
• Configure Genesys Cloud components including scripts, data tables, and schedules.
• Integrate systems using REST, GraphQL, and JSON APIs with OAuth/SAML authentication.
• Collaborate with Middleware and Salesforce teams to align on integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and create or execute test plans.

Required Skills

• Genesys Cloud CX Architect experience with IVR development.
• Experience with Outbound predictive dialer configurations.
• Proficiency in REST, GraphQL, and JSON API development.
• Knowledge of OAuth and SAML authentication protocols.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
