Description

Lead Genesys infrastructure deployments and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Execute infrastructure deployments and troubleshoot Genesys 8.5 environments.
• Resolve production tickets and manage changes related to Genesys issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for data integrity, pipeline analysis, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys 8.5.
• 5+ years of experience working with Linux OS.
• Proven experience in Change Management and production ticket resolution.
• Experience monitoring and controlling full-cycle application development.
• Any Graduate degree.
